Eco-chef Bryant Terry, a former Fort Greene resident, made a huge splash with his reinvention of African-American and Southern cuisine in his first cookbook Vegan Soul Kitchen. Now he’s back with a revolutionary new book The Inspired Vegan, a collage of stories, music, art, and of course absolutely mouthwatering and unexpected vegan cuisine. This new book encourages readers to improvise in the kitchen and to create wonderful soulful recipes that will become their own family traditions. Bryant will inspire cooks in person with a live cooking demo at Greenlight, with additional samples of the book’s great food provided by Greene Grape Annex!
